The seminar will give non sales hotel executives, like F&B and Front Office, an insight into the basics of marketing and an understanding about the differences between marketing and sales.
The participants can learn that marketing is creating complete product(s) and then driving them to defensible, profitable marketing positions.
They will be trained to understand, and to apply, the four main quadrants of the marketing discipline:

- Planning to meet the demand
- Stimulating demand
- Satisfying demand
